Order tracking

Your order can be tracked online 24/7 by logging into your account. Click the "My Account" link at the top or bottom of any page to login and view your orders and their current status.
Order Status: Below are the different types of status you might view while your order is being processed.
The order status page updates in real time as the status of the shipment changes. Possible statuses are:

  • Unfulfilled - A customer created an order, but we have not shipped or fulfilled the order yet.
  • Fulfilled - We have marked the order as fulfilled or partially fulfilled and the shipment is in transit.
  • Out for delivery - The shipment arrived in customer's area and will be delivered to customer soon.
  • Delivered - The customer received their shipment.

There are four ways to check the tracking information available for your package:
(1)You can track your package via the website (you must registered and enter your member center and review the order status online).
(2)In your Shipping Confirmation email, you'll receive a link to your tracking information. From there, you can monitor the shipment’s progress until the package is delivered to your door.
(3) Enter the tracking number on 
(4) Depending on the shipping method selected you may visit,,, or and enter the tracking number that was emailed to you directly on the carrier’s website.
