Easy Returns

We hope you love your purchases, If you are unhappy with your purchase or would like to return your items, please send your item(s) back to our Distribution Center in accordance with our Online Return Policy.

To process a return, please follow these simple steps:
(1) Downloading and complete a returns request form (downloading here).
(2) Take some photos showing the returned item’s latest condition.
(3) Email above complete return request form and photos for applying for return.

(4) You will receive a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number and the distribution center’s address by email as soon as the return request is approved.
(5) Printing the RGA form and put it inside the original box and mail to the distribution center.
     Notices:
     Faucetdirect.store does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering           the shipping costs to return.
(6) Email us the tracking number and the proof of postage.

(7) Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several days to reach us.
(8) Please allow 5-10 business days to process your return once it is received by our Distribution Center.

Helpful Hint:
Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. 

General Returns

You may initiate a return for an item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a 85% refund of the original payment. Returns requested between 31 and 60 days after receipt will only qualify for store credit. Refunds will be applied to your account once the item has been received and inspected through our warehouse.

To qualify for a general return, the item(s):
(1) Must be in resalable condition
(2) Must be free from scratches and/or defects
(3) Must not have been installed
(4) Must be in the original manufacturer’s box and packaging
(5) Must not have any writing on the original packaging
(6) Must not be missing pieces
(7) Must not be clearance/liquidations/closeout
(8) Must not be an appliance (appliances only qualify if defective) 

Restocking Fees

We do charge a 15% restocking fee on all general product returns

Defective Returns

You may initiate a return for defective item(s) within 60 days of receipt for a full refund. Once a return has been set up and returned to our warehouse, it will be inspected. If the return is deemed to be defective, a full refund will be applied to your account.

To qualify for a defective return, one of the following must apply:

  • Item has a defect that hinders its usability for the purpose of which it was designed
  • Item was damaged during transit prior to delivery
  • Incorrect item was received


Faucetdirect.store and Sumerain LLC Network affiliates are not responsible for any labor costs related to handling, installing, or uninstalling items purchased. Items that have had gasoline in them are NOT returnable due to shipping restrictions of hazardous material.

Returned to Sender & Refused Packages

This can happen if 1) an address is invalid or missing information 2) the carrier is unable to deliver your package 3) the order is refused by the customer at the time of delivery. Returned to sender or refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card minus the initial shipping charge. We are unable to replace or reship in these instances as all returned shipments are processed by our Returns Department. Instead, please use the E-Gift Card to place a new order using the correct address.

Note: We are unable to make changes to orders that are placed on our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery. Fashion Nova does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

Sumerain reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
(1) An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, damaged or missing items
(2) Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
      Similarly, Sumerain reserves the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any 
      customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
      Note: Non-Sumerain items sent to our Distribution Center will be discarded upon receipt

Returns from Canada

Setting up returns for our neighbors to the North is easily accomplished. Just keep in mind the following additional considerations and requirements:
Shipping charges are not refundable unless the product being returned is defective or damaged.
Taxes and duties on Canadian shipments are not refundable
The customer is responsible for including all necessary return documents with the return shipment.
Returns for Canadian customers may be subject to an additional 3-5 business days of processing time.
