Pretty but…

Had to order twice the plates were scratched.

A few problems but still great

This is a beautiful faucet set. Water control works smoothly and it delivers a LOT of water flow.
One problem I had was that the o-ring in the spout pipe adapter was cut as it slides over the set screw hole in the spout. I had to find some replacement o-rings to repair it.
Another problem was that the spray head, spray control knob, and control lever were not in a straight line. I had to file the trim plate holes for it to align and fit.
Otherwise, it's a great looking setup and works great too. I love how the spout can be separated from the controls.

Mislabeled icons repuprosed

The icons on the faucet handle can be a bit misleading, especially if this is next to a shower. They show a shower head instead of a hand shower. I'm guessing they just repurposed another products diverter for this one. Change that one detail. It makes a difference between looking like a "seconds" faucet and looking like a finished product.

Tub Wall System Both Value and Quality Champ

Love this tub faucet! The water sheeting is fabulous and the sprayer reaches the entire tub at over 6 feet. Great volume flow and fast filler for our big tub. Great, heavyweight chrome finish is holding up well after over a year. I highly recommend this product as as quality at a great price.

Great product , Great service

The tub faucet is modern, attractive and very practical. With a simple movement of the control you can switch from hand held to tub flow of water. There is enough hose to do whatever is needed. I have used the hose to clean things instead of running to the yard. I had a question and got an immediate response from the vendor. They were very eager to help which I appreciated. Nice product, nice vendor equals total satisfaction. That is hard to find.
